HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER

First you have to be able to see one's potential

Fifth, you must be able to control emotions under pressure. As a leader who has subordinates and coaches, you must be able to handle the pressure from unruly members or the pressure from the coaches. In addition, in solving problems, you can try to remain calm and provide logical solutions.
